Alumni Member Exclusive: Behind the Scenes "On With Life" Tour

Join fellow Lead DSM alumni for an exclusive tour of the On With Life campus in Ankeny. On With Life is a local organization with a national reach, supporting people and families affected by neurological trauma. This in-person experience offers a firsthand look at how On With Life’s new outpatient facility, family homes, and therapy grounds support individuals and families navigating complex neurological trauma… and how those served are learning to embrace a new normal with dignity and safety.

During this two-hour afternoon event, you’ll:

• Tour the new outpatient facility and learn how the space supports care and recovery
• Explore the therapy grounds, designed for healing, reflection, and connection
• Meet with program participants and staff to hear personal perspectives on impact and community
• Hear a brief presentation by the CEO, leadership, and leading supporting businesses about the organization’s mission, future directions, and how On With Life has become a leader in what they do
• Experience a firsthand look at inpatient therapy through an immersive empathy-building exercise
